📦 Return Policy – ​​Size Issue

At Oriental-chic , your satisfaction is our priority. If the size of the item received does not suit you (too big or too small), you have 3 days after receipt to request an exchange or return.

✅ Return conditions:

• The product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging , with the label intact.
• Return must be requested within 3 days of receipt.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part (e.g. wrong size sent).
• We offer a free exchange for a different size if available in stock. Otherwise, a credit or refund will be offered.

🔁 Return procedure:

1. Contact our customer service at: oriental.chic.dz@gmail.com specifying your order number and the desired size.
2. A return label (if applicable) or return address will be provided to you.
3. Once the package has been returned and validated, the exchange or refund will be made within [5 to 7 working days] .
